What we ended up with was a baking book dedicated to making real mini cakes - those that can be made in the tiny pans that come with an easy-bake oven, or inside 3-inch, 4-inch, and 5-inch cake pans. They can even be mixed up and baked inside a muffin mold. The cakes are decorated with rolled fondant or frosting, with tips for using all kinds of sprinkles and other decorative edibles.
